"The Divine Birth Canal”

Romans 8:18-23

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.

⁠

For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope

⁠

that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

⁠

For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.

⁠

⁠

And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

Up! Up! Flee from the land of the north, declares the LORD. For I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, declares Yahweh

Up! Escape to Zion, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.

to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye:

Then those who feared the LORD spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name.

“They shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him.

Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him.

I heard the Lord say, "The hour has come for me to take up my treasured possession. The birthing of the sons and daughters of God is at hand."

Everyone of us has been born into a "rebel province" in God's creation. We are living in a "Babylonian exile" of sorts, far removed from our homeland. Our land has been taken by the powers of darkness and our identities have been stolen.

But all of this is about to change.

The Scripture declares speaking of End Times Babylon, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues."

Friend, you are being called to come out of Babylon today. To come out of Babylon begins with a revelation of your true citizenship and identity.

Do you know that you are God's "treasured possession." Do you know that He says "You are mine. You have been bought with a great price. By the precious blood of my Son."

God declares today that heaven is pregnant with the "sons and daughters of God" spoken of in Romans 8. Heaven is pregnant with those destined to fulfill the prophesy that God would take up his "treasured possession."

You and I have entered the divine birth canal. What we are to become is yet to be revealed, but when Yeshua is revealed from heaven we know we will be like Him.

To leave Babylon is to receive your true identity as a son or daughter of God. To leave Babylon is to walk away from the pagan trappings of a society hell bent on driving out the very God who created it.

The Holy Spirit is bringing forth "contractions" in the spirit, do you feel them? You are being pushed "out of the nest." You are being pushed down the "birth canal." The time of your coming forth is at hand.

Today, some of you are colliding with the reality that you are citizens of another kingdom living in a country at war with the God you serve. Even some of your "Christian" friends do not understand your journey. Some of you have family using Scripture to justify their attacks against your lifestyle and calling.

Do not listen to those still living in Babylonian exile. You are on your way "up up" to Zion.

Psalm 132:13-14 says "

For the LORD has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his dwelling place:

⁠

“This is my resting place forever; here I will dwell, for I have desired it.

Friend, Zion is a place but it is also a people.

Isaiah 60:14 says, "

The sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending low to you,

and all who despised you shall bow down at your feet;

they shall call you the City of Yahweh, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

Beloved, you are being called both to journey "to Zion" and to become "Zion."

You have been born from above. Your destiny is to come forth from the womb of God.

Today, receive the new name God desires to give you. Your citizenship is from above. You are Zion. The place of Gods sanctuary. You are to become His dwelling place forever.

Today, your call is to leave Babylon. Receive your true identity and journey to Zion.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 says that God is coming "on that day to be glorified IN HIS SAINTS." These verses speak of you and I and all those who love His appearing.

Friend, you are pregnant with a new identity, and pregnant with a promise and vision from God. Keep going forward. Do not look back. The time to leave the divine birth canal is at hand!

Our Prayer

Father, speak to us this morning. Help us to receive this powerful revelation. How wonderful it is you call us, imperfect creatures, your dwelling place. Thank you for the blood of Yeshua which makes all of this possible. Help us to receive the truth of your love. That we are your "treasured possession." Take us deeper into the revelation of us as "Zion." Shape our lives in such a way as to reflect this amazing truth. May everything we say and do reflect the beauty of your love, justice and mercy. Gather us together with the other citizens of Zion that together we might become a mighty "fleet" in your hands. May your wind send us forth into our destiny today. No weapon formed against us will prosper. We trust in your faithfulness today. We command every measure of doubt and fear to flee now in Jesus Name. For the glory of Yeshua alone. Amen.

A Word from Our Father

My child, I love you. You have been bought with a great price. You are mine. I have formed you in your mother's womb. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You have been brought forth as a "firstfruits" of creation to bear witness to the glory of my son Yeshua. Not only this, but you are those who are destined to be glorified with me when I come back to indwell my saints. Do not receive any identity other than the one I have given you. Do not put your hope in anything other than me. Complete and total reliance upon me is what I desire. I am making you my sanctuary even now. Yield to the painful requirements of this process. I am birthing a new type of human in creation. It is a company made after the image of the "Second Adam." Flee Babylon, run to Zion and I will meet you there. Though the journey will be filled with trials of many kinds, you arrival there is sure. And when we stand together, face to face, everything you had to sacrifice to make the journey will be worth it. Press on toward the prize. Receive your new identity. The time is now. I have spoken.

Devotional Song

Let us worship God this morning simply for who He is. We receive our new identity not by focusing on ourselves but on Yahweh. May we fix our gaze upon He alone for He is worthy!
