A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers.
And the name of the third river is the Tigris, which FLOWS east of Assyria. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

Genesis 5:24
Enoch WALKED with God, and he was not, for God took him.

Genesis 6:9
These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation. Noah WALKED with God.

I heard the Lord say, “Did you know the same Hebrew word is used for the river Tigris that "flowed" out of Eden and the saint who "walked" with God?

Friends, the word for "to walk" with God is "halak." It is true and through this beautiful Hebrew word, the Father is revealing to us a deep prophetic mystery. Through this word He is revealing to you and I the desire of HIS heart for us as His children.
Today, He is calling our walk with Him to be as effortless as the "flow" of a river.
When saints of old like Enoch and Noah, "walked with God" they were in His sight, flowing with Him like a river. This is our divine inheritance, to learn how to live our lives "flowing with God."
When a river flows, it does not have to try to flow. It naturally flows and follows its predetermined course with beauty and grace. If an obstacle appears like a large boulder, it either carries it away in its power or flows around it. If you have ever floated down a river in a kayak or boat, you will notice a river is teaming with life. In fact, a river draws life to its banks because it possesses within itself the water which is necessary for life.
Friends, God has placed within us "Rivers of Living Water" so that our life might follow this rivers flow. Not only will this "Holy Spirit" river provide us with life, but it will draw many others to Life as well. Yeshua Himself is the Life.
Today, we must cease any remaining religious striving and begin to "flow" with our Father as sons and daughters. If we do so, we will become the very "rivers in the desert" for those who are dying of thirst.
Yeshua is the ultimate example of what it looks like to "walk with God." May we emulate his example and live lives of holy obedience and passion. Just as Yeshua "walked" to whatever location was required, today may we walk with the Father knowing He has "carved out the way before us" so that we might flow with Him into our divinely appointed destiny.
prayer

Our Prayer

Father, we praise you and thank you for this wonderful gift. To be given the opportunity to "walk with you" as the saints of old. Remove from us any theology, sin, or any other hindrance that keeps us from "flowing with you." Thank you for placing within us the Holy Spirit, which has become to us rivers of living water. Send us out Father, into this dry and barren land, and may many others find life upon your banks. Pour out more of your Spirit Father that we might live to do your will and yours alone. For the glory of Yeshua, the Messiah. Amen.

A Word from our Father

My child, I see your heart to please me. I rejoice at how you pursue me above every other worldly pleasure. It is for this reason I will pour out more of my Spirit within you in the coming days. As you empty yourselves before me, prepare to be filled. I am building a temple in the earth not made with human hands. And you are this temple. My word says in Revelation 22:1-2 "Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. My children, flow like a river and I will bring you back to Eden. And here you will become the very leaves on the tree of life which will heal the nations. I have spoken.
