Day 14: Devotional- "Gathering the 5000"

"Gathering the 5000

January 14th 2024
Luke 6:1-15
6 After this Jesus went away to the other side of the Sea of Galilee, which is the Sea of Tiberias. 2 And a large crowd was following him, because they saw the signs that he was doing on the sick. 3 Jesus went up on the mountain, and there he sat down with his disciples. 4 Now the Passover, the feast of the Jews, was at hand. 5 Lifting up his eyes, then, and seeing that a large crowd was coming toward him, Jesus said to Philip, “Where are we to buy bread, so that these people may eat?” 6 He said this to test him, for he himself knew what he would do. 7 Philip answered him, “Two hundred denarii[
] worth of bread would not be enough for each of them to get a little.” 8 One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, said to him, 9 “There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are they for so many?” 10 Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, about five thousand in number. 11 Jesus then took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated. So also the fish, as much as they wanted. 12 And when they had eaten their fill, he told his disciples, “Gather up the leftover fragments, that nothing may be lost.” 13 So they gathered them up and filled twelve baskets with fragments from the five barley loaves left by those who had eaten. 14 When the people saw the sign that he had done, they said, “This is indeed the Prophet who is to come into the world!”
15 Perceiving then that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, Jesus withdrew again to the mountain by himself.

I heard the Father say, "I am gathering The 5000" then I wrote this at his leading.

Friends, Our gathering place will be a place free from brands… Here we will feed from Messiah alone
No national banners, no denominational titles.
Only bitter scrolls made sweet.
Placed in the mouths of those who are hungry.
Here we find Open Gates for the King of Glory to come in.
Here we remove our shoes. Here there are no agendas of men.
No kingdoms of men - only the Father.
Where we exchange comfort for obedience and flesh for Spirit
The engine, the blood of Messiah.
Where we exchange the thoughts and opinions of men for fresh revelation from heaven.
Sugary food for manna.
Here is the gate out of Babylon and into Zion.
Where we take off the garments of fear and control and put on the Lord Yeshua the Christ,
Robes of righteousness dipped in Messiahs blood.
This is not a place for those who shrink back and are destroyed but for those who desire obedience and victory.
This is for the overcomers.
This is not a place for those waiting on a rapture escape but for those awaiting a dual on mt Carmel.
These are those who await the day the spirit of prophesy once again confronts the spirit of religion.
These are those on whom the fire will fall.
The altar of their hearts will burn continually with the fires of the Spirit.
These are those consumed with zeal for the Fathers house.
These are the burning ones.
A place where we can gather before the all-consuming fire and be ourselves consumed yet not destroyed.
A place where we can decrease so that he can increase.
A place for getting battle ready.
A place for the putting on of the wedding garments.
A place where we prepare the Bride to receive her bridegroom
Here is the sacred place where brothers learn to dwell in unity.
Here dry bones come alive.
Can you hear the sound?
The rattling has begun, I am assembling my army. Together they will do exploits.
Come to me. The door to my Throne Room is open because of the Blood of my Son.
Come in and receive your commissioning.
Come in and sit at my right hand and you will find pleasures forever more.
Come up on the mountain and feast with me. Let me reveal to you my face.
Receive from me the new wineskins and I will give you the new wine.
I will send you back down the mountain as the dew on dry ground.
And you will impregnate the land with the Spirit and will prepare it to produce a harvest of the Spirits fruit.
And you will see nations saved in a day.
The final wave of my Spirit has begun in the earth, will you accept this divine invitation?
Will you allow me to shoot you forth as an arrow to wherever my plan requires?
Friend, I am gathering the "5000". Will you help me assemble the people?

prayer

Our Prayer

Father, we here your call. We receive our commissioning. Transform us into this company. A people consumed with a fiery passion for you. We want the bitter scroll. Touch the coal to our lips. Shoot us forth, we will be the arrows in your hand. Use us to pierce the hearts of the nations. Send down your holy Fire. Set us ablaze for your glory! Today, we will press into our trials. We will embrace our weakness. For when we are weak then we are strong. You are Almighty God. Yahweh Elohim, the Maker of Heaven and Earth. And the Lover of our souls. Amen.

A Word from Our Father

My child, these words I have spoken to you that you might know your calling. The time has come to arise, and bind together in the unity of the Spirit. The day is coming when it will be plain who serves God and who does not. You have been chosen to be set apart. Holy and blameless before me. Pursue oneness with me. This is your destiny. Do whatever is required to partner with my grace, that you might receive the fullness of the incarnation. I am coming Soon. Most are looking for me in the wrong place. I am nearer than you can imagine. I will hide myself within you, until the appointed time of my appearing. I have spoken.

Devotional Song

A cry has gone forth for the Bride to assemble. And now its time for our warfare to increase. May this song lead us into battle today as we push back darkness through the power and glory of Christ! This is a battle cry for the Gathering of the 5000!
