Being a remote company allows us the freedom to work from locations all over the world, however we still want to ensure that you can do this by making sure your workstations are working properly to help you get the work done.
Since all of our Firebird registered workstations are each registered to one of our main hubs (USA or UK accordingly) based on your home location, if you log in from a different location, Valiant will be notified and flag this as a location breach if the location has not been whitelisted for you prior.
To help mitigate any potential location security alerts and to not accidentally get locked out of your workstations while abroad, prior to traveling,
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS ACCORDINGLY WITH VALIANT USING THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS:
2. On the Homepage, select REQUEST CHANGE under Support (icon should look like the following)
3. You will then be directed to a list of Top Referenced Requests, please select the I WILL BE TRAVELING INTERNATIONALLY option (icon looks like the following)
4. Once selected, a screen will appear like the following. Please input all the proper information and submit!
Once submitted, you should be set to go!
