“The Process”

Once an open role has been submitted for recruiting, the process will then begin.

The Ops Team will post the role on job boards indicated via form submission

Your role will be added into the Applicant Tracker and you will be given access to review your applicants

As applicant resumes start to come in, please review daily and move them through the interface

Once you have an applicant that you would like to move forward into the interview process, reach out to The Ops Team and they can do outreach on your behalf for first interviews. Feel free to administer 2nd interviews onwards until final candidates have been finalized. Reach out to the Ops Team if you need assistance!

Once a decision has been reached on a final candidate, an offer letter will be drafted for you to send out.
