What a fascinating insight into the way of X. Amanda emphasised the common theme across everything that happens at X: Money and Politics. Also that everything and decisions made are focussed on staff and not students.

The sections of the institution are independent financially and legally and do not have any systems connected to institutional systems. They are not really like HE Universities.

Student experience irrelevant and not really interested education. Must be very frustrating for the students
