Turkey and the Paris Agreement

Turkey is the only G20 country that doesn’t ratify the Paris Agreement. The reasons are following:
Turkey’s position as Developed Country in the UN Climate action Summit
Turkey was included in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 list in UNFCC convention.
They did not want to be included in Annex-2.
The responsibility assigned to Developed countries
Not be able to receive financial aid
Although they do not ratify the agreement, Turkey still cannot get financial aid
because Turkey is developing country but they are developed country in the UNFCCC
Turkey announced that they would not pass the agreement unless these conditions are met
However the Paris Agreement does not refer the Annex. It only distinguishes Developed and Developing countries.
