We are proud to be able to offer a unique experience in Italy: not just a room but a series of spaces and services designed for an international, multicultural, environmentally conscious community where everyone can feel at home, without distinction of any kind.
We offer an all-inclusive solution with housing solution and access to common areas especially designed for students such as: shared kitchen, gym, rooftop with barbecue zone, cinema area, laundry room, restaurant&bar, play zone, lounge/relax area and study rooms.
According to the current availability we may offer the following solution:
To get a definitive booking confirmation, we require the payment of € 500,00 (not refundable). This amount will become part of cautionary deposit. In case of missed payment, as requested, the booking will be cancelled. Please be informed that the reservation process will be handled by email.
Payment terms:
Before check-in we require one month of rent in advance + three months security deposit. The latter will be returned by bank transfer at the end of your stay (except in case of damages inside the apartment).
A regular lease agreement is signed during the check-in. The cost of the registration of the lease is covered in part by CX, while the remaining part is charged to the client. The amount is calculated based on the room type and the duration of your stay and the payment is required during check-in.
The payment of the final cleaning fee (€ 40,00), as well as € 100,00 for the electricity consumption are also required during check-in.
Please be informed that from 1st September 2020 CX adopted a cashless system to ensure its guests transparency, security and control; therefore we accept only credit/debit card and bank transfer.
No spaces have been blocked at this time, therefore availability may change.
