Attached you will find a guide to help you create your profile on our portal, which you can do at your convenience in the coming days. There is no provision for creating an account for the guarantor; in the resident's profile, there will be a section for the guarantor to fill in. You can proceed with payment through two different methods: 1. BANK TRANSFER: please indicate your identification number (called TCAS ID in our booking system) in the reason for the bank transfer, as the person making the payment does not always have the same name as the student. The Accounting Department will update the payment as soon as possible. Upload a recent JPEG photo of yourself (To be matched against your picture on your Passport)

Upload a JPEG copy of your passport

Enter your Current address (Your address where you currently live)

Enter your Correspondence address (Your permanent home address)

Enter your Next of Kin information (This is the person you authorise we contact in case of an emergency)

Accept your online Tenancy Agreement (Once you have accepted your Tenancy Agreement you are legally obligated to fulfil the Agreement paying all rents due as prescribed and complying with its full terms and conditions. We recommend you read your Tenancy Agreement carefully prior to accepting it)
