Resources feature in Feedloop AI is designed to help users manage and access various resources needed by Agents for seamless integration with company resources. This feature provides a centralized location to store and manage different types of resources relevant to the company. The two primary resource types supported are documents (PDF) and websites (coming soon).
Resource Guide
Accessing Resources
To access the Resources feature and manage your folder resources, follow these steps:
Log in to your Feedloop AI account.
Navigate to the Resources tab.
Adding Resources
To add resources to the platform, perform the following steps:
Click on the "+ Add Resources" button.
Choose the type of resource you want to use (document or website).
Select "Document" as the resource type.
Rename the document folder to help users identify the knowledge that will be used in Agent settings.
Click the "Upload File" button to initiate the upload process.
A modal will appear, allowing you to drag and drop your PDF file into the upload area.
Select and drag the PDF files you want to upload to the Resources.
If you accidentally select the wrong PDF file, click the delete icon to remove the file.
Click the "Save" button to upload the PDF file. To discard the PDF file, click the "Discard" button.
Check the status of the resources upload. The status can be "Waiting," "In Process," "Ready," or "Error."
Deleting Resources
To delete resources, follow these steps:
Click the three dots actions for the resource you want to delete.
