What is Agent ?

Agent allows you to interact and experiment with the AI chat capabilities. Each project within Feedloop AI comes with one default agent, and you can create additional agents for different purposes. This user manual will guide you through the process of creating, managing, and optimizing agents for your projects.



Agent Guide


Navigating to the Agent Feature

To get started, access the Feedloop AI platform by navigating to the login page and entering your account credentials. Once logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard.
From the dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left-hand side. Click on the "Agents" tab to access the Agent feature.
Note: by default 1 project 1 agent created

Creating a New Agent

In the Agents section, find the "New Agent" button and click on it.
Specify the desired name for your new agent in the provided field.
Click the "Save" button to create the new agent successfully.

Renaming an Agent

If you wish to rename an existing agent, follow these steps:
Locate the agent you want to rename from the list of agents.
Click on the three-dot action menu associated with the agent.
From the menu, select the "Rename" action.
Enter the new name for your agent in the provided field.
Click the "Save" button to apply the renaming successfully. If you change your mind, use the "Discard" button instead.

Deleting an Agent (with Confirmation)

To delete an agent, use the following steps:
Find the three-dot action menu associated with the agent you want to delete.
Click on the "Delete" action from the menu.
A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion.
Click the "Confirm" button in the prompt to proceed with the deletion.
The agent will be permanently removed from your project.
Note: Deleting an agent is irreversible, and all associated data and configurations will be lost. Make sure to back up any important information before confirming the deletion.

Exploring Agent Settings

The Agent settings offer several key features that allow you to customize and optimize your agent for effective interactions with users. These settings include:

Instructions

Under the "Instructions" section, you can tailor your AI agent's persona to reflect your brand identity. Craft precise instructions on how your AI agent introduces itself, selects the right tone, and embodies your desired objectives.

Training

In the "Training" section, you can teach your AI agent to understand and respond to various user inputs. Use "By Example" or "By Rules" training to improve the agent's performance in understanding intents and providing relevant responses.

Context

The "Context" section allows you to define specific contexts or conditions for your AI agent's responses. This ensures that the agent delivers accurate and context-aware responses to users' queries.

Skills

Under the "Skills" section, you can equip your AI agent with specialized knowledge about your products or services. Define skills to enable the agent to recommend solutions, explain features, and provide expert assistance.

Style

In the "Style" section, you can fine-tune your AI agent's interaction style to create a more authentic and human-like conversation experience for users. Customize the agent's language, tone, and use of empathy to build rapport with users.
