Introduction

I am a DesignOps Enabler with over 14 years of experience across B2B and B2C sectors, including SMBs and Fortune 500 companies in finance, e-commerce, legal, healthcare, insurance, and gaming. My passion lies in ProductOps & DesignOps, building communities, and developing scalable systems.

At EPAM Continuum, I've had the opportunity to work at both program and overall department levels for multibillion-dollar companies with hundreds of designers. I've taken on the responsibility of standardizing design collaboration in organizations with over a thousand employees, accelerating design processes through creating plugins with over 16k installs worldwide, and establishing new practices such as scalable design systems supporting multiple products. My practical experience spans various organizational cultures, team compositions, and domains within the last five years at EPAM.
