How to Login into uniFLOW at Life Time Work

Guides to get started printing using uniFlow with your devices
The new printer system at Life Time Work uniFLOW is a software platform for all your print, scan and device management needs. Below is are resources to get you started using uniFlow at Life Time Work.

Getting Started

Go to the URL: or Enter the email address where you received the uniFLOW welcome email.

Open the email you received from uniFLOW and click on "Access uniFLOW Online" button.

You are now logged in to the Life Time Work uniFLOW printing dashboard. Now go to the start printing tab to download the appropriate print driver.

The Start Printing Tab

The Start printing page provides you with several methods to submit print jobs to uniFLOW Online.
To submit print jobs, you can:
Download and install the uniFLOW SmartClient for your Windows or macOS operating system so that you can print files to the uniFLOW Online printing queue utilizing the printer driver that gets installed (by default called Secure Printing Input).
Download and install the uniFLOW Online Print & Scan app for iOS and Android that is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, respectively. You can then use the app to submit files from your phone directly to the uniFLOW Online printing queue.
Download and install the uniFLOW Online Chrome extension for Google Chrome OS that is available from the Chrome Web Store. You can then use the app to submit files from your device running Google Chrome OS directly to the uniFLOW Online printing queue.
Upload files to uniFLOW Online via drag and drop or file browsing in the Send file via drag and drop section on the Start printing page.
Send files as email attachments to the uniFLOW Online Email print email address displayed in the Send file via email section on the Start printing page.

By default, print jobs submitted via uniFLOW SmartClient or Email print are deleted from the input queue after 10 hours.

Email print job submission

The below shows the maximum file sizes per job submission type.
Email attachments - 100 MB
uniFlow Smart Client spool file - 100 MB
Drag and Drop - 100 MB

Uploading files directly to uniFLOW Online

Drag the file you want to print into the frame titled Send file via drag and drop. Alternatively, click Browse and select the file you want to upload. To show a list of file types that you can use for submitting Email print jobs, click on Show list of supported file types.
Once the file has been uploaded, you can log in to any printer connected to uniFLOW Online and print the uploaded files via your secure queue.
Sending files to the uniFLOW Online Email print email address
Create an email and attach the file(s) you want to print. As the sender's address, you must use the email address of your uniFLOW Online email identity. Ask your administrator for a list of file types you are allowed to submit for printing. Printing of the email body can also be enabled or disabled by the administrator.
Send the email to the Email print email address of your tenant. You can look it up in the right frame under Send file via email. You can click Copy to copy the address or click Send an email now to open your email program. ​Example: mobileprint@nt-ware.<region>.uniFLOWonline.com
Log in to the printer and release your print job from the secure queue.
The email body and each attachment are listed as separate print jobs.
The print job name for attachments is the name of the attachment.
The print job name for the email body is the subject line of the email.
Details, as for example the sender's email address or other recipients of the email, will not be printed.

Downloading and installing the uniFLOW SmartClient

In the Install printer driver section (if made available by your uniFLOW Online administrator), click the link that matches your operating system to download the uniFLOW SmartClient for either the Windows 32-bit or 64-bit variant or macOS
Downloading and installing the uniFLOW Online Print & Scan app
In the Install mobile app section, click the symbol of the app portal for your operating system. This will forward you to the uniFLOW Online Print & Scan app download page for your mobile operating system in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, respectively, where you can download and install the uniFLOW Online app on your smartphone. To connect your phone to uniFLOW Online, follow the instructions within the app.
Downloading and installing the uniFLOW Online Chrome extension
In the Install Chrome extension section, click the Chrome Web Store symbol. This will forward you to the uniFLOW Online Chrome extension download page in the Chrome Web Store, where you can download and install the uniFLOW Online Chrome extension on your device running Google Chrome OS. To connect your Google Chrome OS device to uniFLOW Online, follow the instructions within the extension.

uniFLOW SmartClient installation

Version of Windows that are compatible: Windows 10 and 11 32-bit/64-bit
Log on to Windows as the user you plan to use uniFLOW SmartClient with.
Log in to uniFLOW Online.
Download the uniFLOW SmartClient setup file that was generated with uniFLOW Online from the  menu under Install printer driver. As a user, if the files are not visible, please contact your administrator. As an administrator, you can also download the installer from .
Start the uniFLOW SmartClient setup file (MomSmartClient_x64.msi or MomSmartClient_x86.msi) on your computer.
Confirm the User Account Control message with Yes.
Confirm the User Account Control message for installing the printer driver with Yes (this screen might not show depending on your installer settings).
Depending on the installer settings made by your administrator, uniFLOW SmartClient either starts automatically or has to be started manually. To start it manually, click on uniFLOW SmartClient in the Windows start menu.
In the following screen, accept the cookie policy by clicking I Understand.
Follow the steps to sign in to uniFLOW Online with the credentials requested by the configured login method / identity provider, e.g., uniFLOW Online credentials or email address.
Wait for the registration to finish.

Versions of Mac OS that are compatible: Mac OS 10.12 to 14
Log in to uniFLOW Online.
Download the uniFLOW SmartClient setup file (SmartClientMac.iso) that was generated with uniFLOW Online from  > Install printer driver. If the files are not visible, please contact your administrator. As an administrator, you can also download the installer from .
Open the file SmartClientMac.iso.
Double-click on SmartClientForMac.pkg.
The Install uniFLOW SmartClient window opens; if the window is not visible, check if it has opened in the background. Click on Continue.
Click on Install.
Enter admin credentials and click on Install Software.
Once the installation process is finished, the final installer screen confirms that the software is installed. Click on Close to finish the installation.
On the first start after installation, the Connect with uniFLOW Online window opens. You will be presented with a uniFLOW Online login dialog window. If you are not already logged in to uniFLOW Online, log in with the credentials of the user the uniFLOW SmartClient should be connected with.
The final dialog of the connection process confirms that your uniFLOW SmartClient has been installed and was set up successfully. To proceed, click Start to close the dialog.
The uniFLOW SmartClient is now connected to your computer.
Checking the status of the uniFLOW SmartClient
You can see the uniFLOW SmartClients that are registered to a user under .
On your Mac, you can see if uniFLOW SmartClient has successfully connected to only uniFLOW Online if the uniFLOW SmartClient icon in the menu bar has changed from grey to color:

For detailed uniFLOW SmartClient status information, click on the menu bar icon and select About from the context menu to display the uniFLOW SmartClient status window.
