Hot Spot

The Hot Spot is your daily go-to list of topics that need attention or follow-up in upcoming syncs. Priorities can shift - feel free to update, reorder, or remove anything as needed. This space is meant to help you stay focused on what matters most. Update the status of each task to flag what needs your executive’s or assistant’s input - whether it's to move something forward, review, or make a decision - before your next sync. Use this space to keep momentum and clarity on what matters most.
P0 – Critical: Must be done or addressed immediately; time-sensitive and business-critical. P1 – High Priority: Important and should be completed soon, but not urgent. P2 – Medium Priority: Useful or nice to have; not time-sensitive. P3 – Low Priority: Lowest urgency; long-term, lots of lead time, or optional tasks with no immediate timeline.

Sample Table so P0 always at the top: Filter set to “archive” anything completed/done as needed. Always archive never delete.
