Products status vs goals

Viper - 1 month behind - on budget
Viper is progressing well, but we lost a month to the move in Feb/March. We are pushing for first flight by May 1. I expect us to crash our first several flights until we can reliably start getting in the air. The further dev path is shown later in this memo.
Glide - not in original goals - on schedule - on budget
Glide was not programmed at the beginning of this year. As each of you know, it was spun up in late January out of a request from DIU and the Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command. We prototyped it within the first several weeks, and have since been flying it from a quadcopter. We have a customer flight this Wednesday. The further dev path is shown later in this memo.
Move - 2.5 mo early - Under Budget
We were able to execute the move (with the milestone being full prototype shop setup) 2.5 months earlier than expected.
We budgeted 12M across Jan 2024-Jan 2026 for the facility rent and buildout cost. Post move that number is tracking towards $10.5M
Specific goals
Viper produced at rate of 300/mo - On track but realigned
We had originally planned to ramp Viper directly when the product is ready. As discussed, this has the best chance of creating overseas sales. That said, as we decided, the capital risks associated don’t make sense. Instead, we will pre-build the Capex then ramp the OpEx and turn on the lines as needed. This new plan is executing on track and budget.
Full Ares system functioning - Replaced
This goal was canceled - we replaced it with glide.
New Goal - Glide deployed in Ukraine by EOY
Framework laid for $20M of booked revenue by end of 2025 - On track
Viper kinetic missions successfully operated in Ukraine against Russian assets - At risk
This is on track generally, but at some risk on the customer side. Lot’s of compliance to get through. We have a path, but it’s difficult to extrapolate timelines.
Valid case for every employee of Mach objectively being the best on Earth for their role - At risk
The massive personell cut was definitely the right call. We are smaller by personel than we were last November and getting significantly more done. That being said, I do think the bar should be higher, I need to do a lot of work here.
World class Finance and IT organization actively innovating on manufacture and engineering tool build (Jarvis) - On Track
MachOS
Centralized tasking, documentation, meeting system with 100% adoption
