After discussing with investors, the CapEx investment makes sense right now, the OpEx doesn’t until strong customer demand is shown.

We are holding off on CapEx investment until Viper is reliably flying. The fact that Viper is behind schedule is creating a bottleneck here.
If Viper delivers on schedule from here on out, we will hit this goal.

Just a very hard thing to ramp DoD revenue in 2 years. The lag on Viper is also harming us.
Index more heavily on overseas sales. This is heavily dependent on getting manufacturing cost down and executing ASAP on Viper. I am standing up this team in the next two months.

I need to hold a higher bar. Engineering recruiting is also a slogg - will likely improve significantly when Viper is flying and we can show serious technical chops.
Do a major public release in early September. Also just hold a higher bar for talent and be ok scaling slower and missing milestones if it means maintaining a talent rich team.
