CRS requests from hardware only customer should be handled by cse or hardware team. For DS side, no difference in handling. We should forward the discussion to CSE team for them to decide if it’s worth doing for HW only customers.

Scale processing team crossed out the “Force lenient on unsupported drones” not sure what did they mean

For us to reach 80% passing rate surface difference error for large datasets, we must set threshold to 10cm. However, this is too big of a jump so we are now waiting if we can set it to just 10cm instead.

Adding a CSR to use the same base station is not yet possible. It’s up to capture team when. But for the churn risk customer, I think the dataset shift is probably due to extended mode since this greatly affects the value of AP captures.
