Details on Upcoming Roadmap Items

Interoperability with EDO PHC Digitization Efforts:
Collaborate with Edo PHC to integrate data with hospital systems for seamless patient handoff.
Develop standardized data exchange protocols to ensure compatibility between EMS and hospital information systems.
Predictive Analytics:
Enhance data analytics capabilities to identify trends and patterns in emergency requests, leading to proactive interventions and improved patient outcomes.
Utilize predictive modeling to anticipate future demand for our services and allocate resources accordingly.
Offline/Low Data Channels:
Develop offline functionality on our mobile and web apps to ensure continuity of service in areas with limited connectivity.
Implement data compression techniques and caching mechanisms to minimize bandwidth usage and optimize app performance in low-data environments.
User Experience Enhancements:
Conduct user feedback surveys and usability studies to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the mobile and web apps.
Prioritize user interface enhancements and feature updates based on user feedback and industry best practices.


Future Work

Telemedicine Integration:
Partner with telemedicine providers to offer virtual consultations and medical advice through the Signal app.
Enable video conferencing and secure messaging features to facilitate communication between EMS providers and healthcare professionals.
AI Aided Dispatch:
Implement AI algorithms to optimize dispatching processes, improving response times and resource allocation.
Integrate machine learning models to predict call volumes and identify high-risk areas for better resource planning.
