This feature introduces a dual-layer notification system consisting of:
Personal Command Tray (My Work): A focused workspace where dispatchers manage all notifications directly tied to their responsibilities within an active shift. This includes assigned cases, required actions, shift alerts, and supervisor interactions. The tray is structured to prioritize actionable items and enforce completion or reassignment before shift closure.
Team Activity Feed (Team Feed): A real-time operational stream providing visibility into all cases and dispatcher activities within a defined cluster (group, precinct, or country). This feed supports coordination, prevents duplication of effort, and enables situational awareness without overwhelming the dispatcher’s primary workspace.
All notifications are grouped into case-based threads, where updates are stacked chronologically, ensuring clarity and continuity. Dispatchers can filter, search, defer, clear, or archive notifications while maintaining full traceability.
The system is tightly integrated with:
Shift management (clock-in, clock-out, handovers)
RBAC and cluster hierarchy (country → precinct → group)
Case lifecycle management (creation → assignment → resolution)
Additionally, the system supports:
structured handovers between shifts
cross-cluster case visibility when required
controlled archiving for workspace clarity without data loss
