I hope you're been having a great week! We have been working together on recruitment materials for this event. Below is some information that you need to know.
There will be 3 giveaways with 12 items with 4 items for each giveaway at this event during the team's longest sets (view schedule). 3 items should be given away during both sets.
You will be given _ shirts.
I've attached a copy of the event schedule to this email.
Also, we've sent the AV guy at GMA, ARISE, and WPB two slides with a QR code to Engage resources, Instagram, and 'virtual' inquiry card. Please have those on the screen during the giveaway.
