Re-Engagement Plan

This provides an example of a re-engagement plan to work through with customers. If you are faced with a scenario where the System Administrator, superuser or main stakeholders/advocates have left the business, this can present a churn risk or a significant drop in adoption or sentiment.
The plan below ensures the customer has all the training, resources and support to get up to speed as quickly as possible and builds a strong relationship with your new contact(s).
