How to Reset Netgear AC750 Extender?

The Netgear AC750 extender factory reset is a process that restores the device to its original settings, erasing any customized configurations. By performing a factory reset, all user-defined settings, such as network names, passwords, and security options, are erased. This returns the extender to its default state, allowing it to be set up again as if it were brand new. The factory reset process typically involves pressing and holding a reset button on the extender for a specific duration, usually around 10 seconds, until the device's lights flash or change to indicate the reset has occurred.

To reset a to its factory default settings, you can follow these steps:
Locate the Reset button: Look for a small Reset button on the back or bottom panel of the extender. It is usually recessed to prevent accidental resets.

Power on the extender: Connect the extender to a power source and ensure it is turned on.
Perform the factory reset: Insert the paperclip or pointed object into the Reset button and hold it down for about 10 seconds. You may need to use some pressure. The Power LED on the extender may start blinking during this process.
Complete the reset: Release the Reset button after the Power LED stops blinking. The extender will now restart and return to its factory default settings. It might take a couple of minutes for the extender to reboot.
