A new Deal is automatically created for each website form submission. Link a Person and an Organization to that deal. One person ⇒ one open deal at a time: If a second inquiry arrives before the first deal is closed, link it to the existing deal. Pipeline vs. Activities
Pipeline Stages are the high-level steps a deal moves through from lead to closed sale. Activities are the tasks you must complete to advance the deal to the next stage (calls, emails, samples, etc.). Activity Types:

Aircall Integration
Incoming/outgoing calls tagged in Aircall create or link deals in Pipedrive. Always dial from a phone number already tied to a Pipedrive deal/person. 🔄 Automation: Link calls to the open deal by matching the phone number in the Person record.
PrestaShop Webhook
🔄 Automation: Once an order is Delivered & Paid, a PrestaShop webhook updates the corresponding Pipedrive deal status.

+4 Days after delivery/payment: Check satisfaction. +3 Months: Upsell/follow-up. +5 Months: Renew interest. No new order in 6–9 months and fewer than 2 total orders. Nearly LOST Stage (formerly “LOST”): Fewer than 2 orders and no orders in the last 9–18 months. After 9 months in “Nearly LOST,” remove from all pipelines.
