Feidhelm - Key Account Manager

This position will involve taking on projects aimed at broadening our customer reach and enhancing our ability to capitalize on new partnership prospects. As the Growth Operations Manager, you will assume the responsibility of comprehending customer requirements and pinpointing strategies for product development that foster growth.

Responsibilities


Sales Operations: responsible for various critical tasks, including sales strategy development, process improvement, data analysis, sales technology implementation, and performance measurement
Develop Content: Create and manage sales content, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.
Client engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, technical landscape, and requirements.
Account Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each key client, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve mutual success.
Product Demonstrates: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations to showcase the value of Emeraldly's proposed solutions
Engage with customers online, at in-person meetings, and at company events
Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for key accounts within the company, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized. Advocate for necessary changes or improvements in products or services based on client feedback
Client and Internal Team Liason: The position acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and complaints, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to new sales. Regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics are also part of the responsibilities.
