Emeraldly is going through a re-branding. Our Marketing Operations Manager will be leading this project.
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and other program materials. Collaborate with customers and the customer success team to create customer-centric content.
Collaborate with the demand generation and PR teams to align marketing efforts and messaging.
Event Management:
Provide support for company-sponsored and industry events, including coordination of logistics, internal and external communications, and reporting.
This involves closely collaborating with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, selecting suitable venues, arranging catering and entertainment, and managing all logistical aspects.
Social Media Management:
Contribute to the establishment and growth of our online presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
Campaign Management:
Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns using various channels such as content syndication programs, Google AdWords, and webinars.
Develop, assess, and track marketing nurture campaigns, as well as support email marketing initiatives targeting both prospects and existing customers.
Monitor campaign progress and provide regular reports to key stakeholders, measuring against predefined goals.
