Upload personal photos or download them from the web. These need to be JPG, PNG, or GIF image that are <200MB. images if necessary.Click the blue plus (+) button or the Add new row link. Click ‘Add’ or ‘Add image’ button (or drag and drop a on top of the ‘Image’ field). If you change your mind, delete the existing image first before adding a new one.Add a brief description so people know which image they want to select.

Hide this Setup page so it’s not viewable by others or the recipientClick on ‘Publish form’ on the top-right of the form in Step 1 aboveClick ‘Create link’ button so you can share the card-signing form link with othersClick ‘Preview’ button to view how others will see the form. If you want to edit it any way, like add a header image or a description, then leave the publish form side panel and go back to this page and click ‘Edit layout’ before you continue. Expand the ‘Privacy’ section Enable ‘Include hidden columns for URL parameters’ to the ‘On’ position
Click ‘Copy link’, then paste it in an email, text message, or wherever you want to share the card for signing.
