Click on “Post New Job”, and DO NOT SELECT “Contract / C2C” as the Type of Job.

This job type doesn’t have the correct fields for the Fuse referral splits

If it’s a contract/temp job, select “Referral fee”, or select “Direct hire” for a permanent job.

Fill out the required fields. The key field is “Referral fee” or “Recruiter fee” (% shared for perm)

You (the Job Owner) decide how much to share with the Recruiter and should have already discussed this amount with your Fuse contact. If you haven’t, contact them before you post.

Contract/Temp “Referral Fee” job type:

Note: enter the Referral fee ($/hr) that is calculated in the Fuse Deal Calculator sheet.

“Direct Hire” job type:

Complete the required fields, and then within “Select job recipients” select Fuse Cooperative under Communities. Then select the Recruiter you’re working with under “Select Vendors”

Then select “Publish” on the bottom right, and you’re done!
