Club face matches spine angle.
Then just turn.
To much hinge or lag can cause issues with crazy extension numbers (~40 degrees) (7:00)
HackMotion - feedback settings (9:00)
info

Give Blood Position

P2 - Flat left writs at shaft parallel, shaft along toes (3:30)
“Give Blood Position” == “GOAT Position” (10:30)
P3 - Additional hinge from a flat lead wrist condition can’t happen without losing flat wrist (8:00)
P3 - too much wrist hinge, causes lead wrist to un-flatten
Forward press can’t really get you to P2 wrist position. It may be similar to contact but because it is not P2 and P3, it doesn’t really have any benefit. Neutral to P2 or forward press to P2, requires adjustment.
info
