The Release Drill more accurately describe the correct feels. At least for me the Rotary Swing 9-3 drill was all about 3 positions. Now it is about the wrist position at 3 different stages of the downswing. I am not suggesting it was wrong as much as these drills more accurately describe critical details of the 3 stages:
Just after impact “Hit Hard Stop Quick” (3:00)
This is similar to RS flat left wrist drill. I prefer this drill.
Follow Through at club parallel - not that his club parallel is at arm parallel. (5:12)
