These phases for me are mostly about effortless power. So I grouped them together in the check list.

For Phase III

Use the same drill as in Phase II. Only go to “club” parallel and work on feeling

Learn how to use your legs to generate power. (Still looking for a video on this…)

For Phase II

Use AXIOM to learn consistency.
