My current feels have to do with pressure. They help me systematically engage pressure in the right places to get a more repeatable result. This is my version of “End Range of Motion” (Bryson DeChambeau):
Tummy tuck -
L5- Power chords
Cover the ball through impact
Focus on engaging big muscles
Lead pec and trail pec -
L6 - Give blood
Keep arms connected to chest
Stay on proper plane - prevents casting
Club-face down the target line
Lead hand pad -
L4 - Pad of Hand
Throughout the swing
Positions club face for correct “bacon” divot
Stay on proper plane - prevents too steep
Trail foot -
L3 - Weight shift
Weight on balls of feet - engages all the big leg muscles
Shift on Backswing
Lead foot -
L3 - Weight shift
Weight on balls of feet - engages all the big leg muscles
Shift on Downswing
