How It Works:

Morning Prep: Spend 5 minutes prioritizing your top 3 tasks for the day. Use the built-in prompts to clarify your focus areas.
Time Blocking: Assign dedicated blocks for deep work, collaboration, and low-energy activities. Protect these blocks as sacred appointments.
Real-Time Adjustments: Adapt your schedule dynamically throughout the day without losing sight of your priorities.
Evening Wrap-Up: Reflect on your accomplishments, log lessons learned, and prep for tomorrow in just 5 minutes.

⚙️ INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Set Up Your Day

Set Your Top 3 Priorities:
Write down your top 3 priorities for the day in the Top 3 Priorities table.
Include the task name, priority level (High, Medium, Low), and status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed).
Example:
Task: Finish client proposal | Priority: High | Status: Not Started
Block Out Your Schedule:
Use the Daily Schedule table to block out your day into chunks of focused work, meetings, and breaks.
Add time slots (e.g., 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) and activities (e.g., Deep Work on Project X).
Toggle Focus Mode for deep work periods and rate your energy level (1-10).
Mark if you took a break during each block.

Step 2: Track Distractions

Log Distractions:
Use the Distraction Tracker table to record any distractions or interruptions during the day.
Example:
Distraction Type: Social Media | Time Wasted: 15 minutes | Notes: Checked Instagram during break.
Visualize Distractions:
Use the bar chart visualization to see how much time you wasted on different types of distractions.

Step 3: Reflect on Your Day

Answer Reflection Questions:
Expand the toggles under the End-of-Day Reflection section to reflect on your day:
What Went Well Today? Example: Finished client proposal ahead of deadline.
What Could I Improve Tomorrow? Example: Start deep work earlier in the morning.
What Am I Grateful For Today? Example: I’m grateful for my supportive team.

Step 4: Archive and Reset

Archive Today’s Plan:
Click the "Archive Today's Plan" button at the bottom of the page.
This will save today’s data into each table.
You can have access to your past data by clicking on the filter “Archive” → select “checked”
Start Fresh for Tomorrow:
The button will automatically clear all input fields, reset tables, and update the date picker to tomorrow’s date.

Step 5: Review Weekly Progress

Check Weekly Overview:
Visit the Weekly Overview section to track your progress toward weekly goals.
Example:
Goal: Complete client proposal | Progress: 80% | Notes: Ahead of schedule.
Review Historical Data:
Navigate to the Weekly Archives (click on the filter “Archive” → select “Checked”) to review past daily plans and identify patterns over time.
