Service Work Orders

If you need to add a service work order for an existing customer, just go to the tab and create a new one. These service work orders are billable by default.

This is how you add a service work order:

Important: Timer and WO Status

Please note that once you START a Work Order, you will not be able to STOP it until you insert the Work Order Notes.
Once you STOP the Work Order, the status changes to “Done” and the Work Order will appear in the section
