Week 8-12 Scenario: You’ve just been hired as a UI designer for a government agency that wants to redesign and update their website. You have the next five weeks to execute the design process (8-12): research, define, ideate, prototype, and test a responsive website solution. By the end of this project, you will have a responsive website case study to place in your design portfolio.

User story: This week you are a user researcher who needs to understand the pain points for users navigating a particular website, in order to develop empathy and a user persona to address the design problem.
