As the team was scaling, there was a need to establish Design guidelines that serve as a education x operational manual on how we(the design team @

) bring User Centric Design to all the output we produce.

For every technique we use, there is an article that has WHAT, WHY and HOW along with examples of approved past works. The Guidelines existed on notion, then were migrated to

Super.so⁠

and made public in an attempt to open conversations around the process we follow, with prospective clients of CTRL.F Design, the product design consulting arm at Smarter.Codes.

I owned the Design Guidelines along with the Design Leadership docs. Established the Values that we as a Design Team should follow ideally:

I worked along with HR to establish a framework to evaluate and hire new team members to the team.

Also formulated a Readiness Checklist for all ICs to maintain before developer handoff.
