Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. Product-led Growth Strategy: Work closely with the product team to analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and identify product-led growth opportunities. Leverage your multifaceted background to provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and drive product adoption. Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives. User Onboarding and Activation: Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to optimize the user onboarding process. Conduct user research and develop strategies to enhance user activation, reduce churn, and increase overall user engagement. Marketing and Demand Generation: Contribute to marketing campaigns by leveraging your creative thinking and versatile skill set. Develop content, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to attract and engage target audiences across various channels. Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs, product value propositions, and competitive differentiators. Develop sales enablement collateral, such as case studies, sales presentations, and competitive analysis, to support the sales process. Customer Success Support: Collaborate with the customer success team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Provide insights and recommendations based on user feedback, usage data, and market trends to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in a product-led company or startup. Well-rounded skill set with expertise in multiple areas such as product management, marketing, sales, or customer success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and a track record of adapting to new challenges and technologies. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies such as AARRR, pirate metrics, or OKRs is a plus.
