Setech is the company to research and manufacture products about measuring and controlling instruments, and manufacturing AC Servo Nutrunner—and we have been doing it for 15 years. We had the opportunity to develop the rotary Torque Transducer and Nutrunner first in korea and we have been developing Hand Held Nutrunner and Motor. Also, Our products have been used at industry factories with high quality, Accuracy, and competitive prices and this has served to strengthen production equipment, and we have been trying to manufacture and market high quality products and services. Finally, as developing high quality products more than now, Setech will be the most competitive company.

I. NUTRUNNER Robot

1. KN07-RS

⁠

6-axis payload 7 kg robot with STNR-RS

NUTRUNNER can be controlled by robot program (when nut runner is connected by communication or i/o)

Easy to set up, since air-cylinder, y-pipe and position sensor are included

User does not need to design mechanical parts for the tightening process

2. SRX-SQV

⁠

Single axis robot and nut runner all-in-one model

Since Y-chuck and vacuum unit is adopted, the deep position can be tightened by the bolt.

SRX series can tighten the bolt with high accuracy (torque transducer is adopted)

SRX series can control the rotation angle(encoder is included)

1. STNR-RS

STNR-RS is designed for easy adoption for multi-axis robot

Easy to design bolt shooting assembly process, since air-cylinder, Y-pipe and position sensor are included

User can get the high accurate tightening result torque, since torque transducer is adopted

User can get the tightening angle data, since encoder is adopted

2. STNR-SQV

Vacuum unit all-in-one nutrunner

STNR-SQV series are useful for tightening screws where shooting the bolt is not possible to apply process

STNR-SQV series can tighten the bolt with high accuracy(torque transducer is adopted)

STNR-SQV series can control the rotation angle (encoder is adopted)

3. STNR-SQC

30 mm cushion is included in STNR-SQC for easy to set up at robot or machine facilities

Easy to maintenance, since the connector is only one

User can get the high accurate tightening result torque, since torque transducer is adopted

User can get the tightening angle data, since encoder is adopted

The STNR-T-DT Type is designed for tightening small torque screws

The AC servo motor has been adopted to improve torque efficiency and durability

2. STNR-DT

The STNR-DT Type is designed for general bolt tightening

The AC servo motor has been adopted to improve torque efficiency and durability

3. STNR-CU

The STNR-CU Type is included 40 mm cushion. User do not need to design separate cushion

4. STNR-AG

STNR-AG type is designed to be used in places that cannot be installed vertically

Foot mount position can be changed by user request

7. STNR-SP

STNR-ST type is a cushion spindle unit that absorbs the shock generated when bolts and nuts are tightened to protect the tool

When tightening screws, the cushion pushes the screws, so there is no need to adjust the height of the nut runner

SRAH has maximum 450 mm stroke for vertical and horizontal

4. SPC

SPC controls the reaction arm position and show SETech NUTRUNNER tightening result by connection with SETech NUTRUNNER and reaction arm

Maximum 50 JOBs and 1000 position can be set

Position OK / NG signal and tightening OK / NG can be checked

The result data can transmit per every tightening process
