Instructions:
Look at your upcoming week on your calendar and find opportunities to increase impactful work and lessen busy work.
Consider ..
How full is your calendar at this point?
How well does your calendar reflect your priorities?
What would you ideally like to lessen?
What would you ideally like to add or make more time for?

Note the opportunities below. Keep Track of how much time per day you can shift to impactful, priority work.

Examples
Monday Morning - 1-hour open block for priority work
Tuesday, Cut down meeting from 1 hour to 30 minutes
Wednesday, block off 2 hours for high priority work in the afternoon
etc..

Tip
If you don’t have time available to slot in impactful work, you’ll want to consider trading out less important activities to be able to SLOT IN priority impactful work (the big stones) from your ideal calendar.

2. Finally, estimate how many hours you can shift from unpurposed/ busywork time to impactful work time next week.

I estimate that doing this and filling out my upcoming week in advance will shift probably 10-12 hours in my favor / towards impactful time work if I full execute the week as envisioned.
