The Implementation phase follows a 5 step loop.

Build: In this step, we’ll visually map upgrades for your systems based on the most important challenges outlined in the assessment process and build them to make your workflows more effective and efficient.

Review: Next, you’ll review what’s been built with us and get a step-by-step overview of how it works, and how it improves your workflows.

Test: Next, select team member(s) will work with us to test the new workflows in the wild, making sure it works for you and your team and is an improvement on the previous workflow

Adopt: Next, the rest of the team will be trained on the new workflow, making sure they can execute their day-to-day tasks and feel comfortable and supported doing it.
