Utilizing the integration between Denim Social and Experience.com, customers of both platforms can strategically publish top reviews on the social platforms of their advisors. Maintain consistency in your social media content calendar by balancing reviews alongside all other social media posts.
Here’s the capability of the new integration with Experience.com:
NEW: Reviews module is now available within the Publishing product and displays the Experience.com users’ 5 stars reviews. Admin Users can see and interact with all 5-star reviews for all Experience.com users and can choose to post any of them at any time. Non-Admin Users are only able to see their own 5-star reviews from Experience.com.
NEW: All Experience.com users can post their own 5-star reviews, driving click traffic to the public review on Experience.com. Approval workflow compliance processes remain in place for these posts.
NEW: All Experience users can enable automatic posting of their own reviews to their selected Social Networks, including the ability to set a posting frequency.
NEW: Admins have the ability to view and publish reviews on behalf of all their users, including automatic posting.
NEW: It has been made easy to create a Denim Social user for an Experience.com user who is not a Denim Social user. This invites the new user to Denim Social’s Publishing solution where they are now able to post their top reviews to their social channels, in addition to building their social brands.
