User Permission Definitions

COMPLIANCE: REVIEW

Compliance: Review enabled gives the user the ability to access the Compliance menu on the left hand side of the page. Under the compliance menu will be three options:

Pending Approvals: This screen is where the user will review any pending social posts or content library posts that have been assigned to the reviewer

Keyword Moderation: This screen is where the user can see all the keywords listed. This permission only gives the reviewer the ability to view and not edit the keywords.

Archive Report: This screen gives the user the ability to view and run the archive report for all social networks owned or shared with the user.

COMPLIANCE: MANAGE

This permission supersedes the COMPLIANCE: REVIEW permission.

Compliance: Manage enabled gives the user the ability to access the Compliance menu on the left hand side of the page. Under the compliance menu will be four options:

Pending Approvals: This screen is where the user will review any pending social posts or content library posts that have been assigned to the reviewer

Keyword Moderation: This screen is where the user can see all the keywords listed and have the ability to add, edit, and delete keywords.

Approval Workflows: This screen is where the user can see all the approval group, approval workflows, and keyword approval workflow. The user also has the ability to add, edit, and delete from all areas of the approval workflows.

Archive Report: This screen gives the user the ability to view and run the archive report for all social networks owned or shared with the user.
