Specifics
Start by finding your seat somewhere comfortable. Sit with a straight back and a soft front. You are a regal ruler, ruling over your kingdom.
Start by noticing your breath. As it goes in and out. Whenever you notice a thought arise, without judgement, return to the breath.
Set a timer and sit, noticing your breath and thoughts, for 5mins.
Once finished, breath in to the count of 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4 (Box Breathing) for 1min.
Once finished, play one of the following meditations, depending on your current availability:
Finish by Box Breathing for another minute or two.
