Mandatory pointers:
1. Keep Everyone Updated with
Linear Tickets
:
Ensure that every team member updates their tasks using Linear tickets.
This allows everyone to know what's being worked on and the progress of each task.
2.
Project Updates
by Project Lead at End of Week (EOW):
The project lead will share project updates every week's end.
This update keeps everyone informed about the overall project's status and direction.
3.
Daily Stand-Up
Meetings Led by Team Leads (TLs):
Team leads will conduct short daily meetings with their teams.
These meetings, called stand-ups, last around 10-15 minutes at most.
4. TLs Provide Daily
Plans
After Stand-Up:
After the stand-up, team leads will outline the tasks for the day.
This plan specifies what each team member will work on that day.
5.
One-on-One
Check-Ins with PM and TLs:
The Project Manager will have individual check-ins with each team lead.
These conversations allow for closer coordination and addressing any concerns.
Winners:
1. Celebrate Success:
Give gift cards or extra time off as rewards.
Let them work when it suits them.
2. Always Welcome to Talk:
You can come talk to PM anytime, one-on-one
