A critical source of income

Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance will use Salesforce to record all of the charitable donations it receives. These currently consist mainly of cash and credit card gifts received directly from donors.

Gifts from donor advised funds, workplace giving and other third-party sources can also be easily accommodated, as well as grants from foundations.

NPSP, by default, includes several opportunity record types to track different information and processes on many types of opportunities:
