Campaigns

Create campaigns, track campaign details, campaign members, and campaign member statuses

Most Campaigns will involve dozens, hundreds, or thousands of Campaign Members, so it makes sense to add them in bulk. One way to do this is using a Report.

Although you would typically add Leads or Contacts to a Campaign in bulk, as demonstrated above, it’s also possible to add them one at a time, for instance if someone was inadvertantly omitted from a mailing list.

The guide below refers to Campaign Member Status, not to be confused with the “Status” field on the Campaign itself that indicates whether a Campaign is “planned,” “in progress,” “completed,” etc.
Every Campaign Member will have one and only one Campaign Member Status. ​Note: for reporting purposes, it’s highly advisable to use the same Campaign Member Status values across campaigns.
