Murph Workout

This one is tough. One mile run, 20 Murph Sets, and another mile run!
Hitting “Start” begins recording your time, and hitting “Stop” logs your set in the Logbook. Tip: the Set Counter below helps you keep track of those 20 Murph Sets.
