Example: QT012200001

**Quotation sequence numbers do not match to Sale Order sequence numbers. However, the quotation that was used to generate a sale order can be found at the top of the sale order overview screen.**

Convert to Sales Order **Once a Quotation is converted to a Sale Order, the status will remain as Approved and it is locked from further changes forever. However, there is no limit to the number of times the same quotation can be converted to a sales order.
