Building a Quote
Depending on how you created a quote (see Creating a Quotation), there may be some additional fields to fill out before the quote is ready to be sent.
Required Fields
At least one order line must be added before a Quote can be sent Option 1: You can add order lines manually from the Order Line side menu Option 2 : Select an Estimation (Floorplan and Layout) Optional Fields:
2. Sending a Quote
Before you can convert a Quote to a Sales Order, the status must be changed from DRAFT to SENT. There are 2 ways to do this:
Option 1: Email the Quotation (when emailed, the status automatically changes to SENT)
Option 2: Manually change the status to SENT (This option does not send an email to the customer)
