There are 3 types of notes that we show on the work order:
Customer Notes (Recurring)
Estimation notes (Recurring)
Instructions (Non-Recurring)
Customer Notes are created by adding a note to the Contact Record under the Notes tab. Setting the visibility to Work Order will show these notes on the Work Order PDF
Estimation Notes are created by adding notes to the Layout Info Tab of the Estimation
Instructions are notes for a specific job that will not show up on any other Work Orders but the one you’re working on. These notes can be added from the Sales Order or the Work Order using the Instructions Notes field.
