Known Issues and Bugs

Catalog:

Column widths in the Catalog and Service Location fields are not sufficient to display full names.
There is a bug preventing the system from accepting values less than $1.00 for Standard Price and Standard Cost.
Supplier Payment info: Missing payment terms, tax ID and supplier payment mode (ex: ACH Payment, Check Printing). Coming soon.
Automatically creates a variant and titles it “Variant 1.” This is something we will eventually fix, but for now a workaround that we have discussed for imports is to use an asterisks as the variant name for products that don't contain a variant. That way instead of 'variant 1' you will see '*'

Sales Portal:
When changing a customer’s status to ACCOUNT HOLD, the sales status does not automatically change to ON HOLD.
Quotes/Sale Order Addresses are cut off, making it impossible to see the full address (service location, delivery, invoice).
Currently, you can’t invoice material only jobs. This will be fixed very soon.
Estimates/Layouts: character length and visibility is being worked on.
Sales Orders not showing Service Address units - need more character visibility. We are working on it.


Field Management:
Work Order PDF is missing Recurring Notes (We will have recurring notes for Customer and Floorplan/Layout, plus job specific notes that can be added to each WO)
Not enough space or characters for assigning an installer from the List View
Work Orders: able to move status to complete but shouldn’t be able to until material is assigned.

Operations - Pick Tickets:
We’re aware of the inch to decimal rounding inaccuracies
Unable to remove a ROLL product from the Sale Order after it is PICKED due to minor bug

Purchasing & Inventory:
Current Inventory: Grouping Filters (By Product, By Location, By Bin Location) aren’t working yet.
Product History - Product History is not populating yet from Current Inventory list view and Product History page

Logistics/Warehouse
Internal Transfers - unable to add material to a transfer
Settings:
Detailed list of Access Rights for Field Management, Operations, and Accounting modules is missing
Tax Matrix: When creating a customer, you will also have set up a tax matrix for the delivery address zip code and percentage. We suggest using one zip code for all customers until this is fixed.
